FlowJo 7 Webstart Download Page

FlowJo 7 Webstart is a Java program that runs on Windows®. Java is a popular, completely free platform for applications and may be downloaded and installed by clicking here. Java Web Start is a feature that allows you to install, run and update programs automatically through the internet. By using Web Start, your installation of FlowJo is simplified and you will automatically be kept up to date with the latest improvements to FlowJo.

FlowJo 7 requires that you have installed version 1.5 (sometimes called version 5.0) or higher of the Java platform on your computer. Once you have installed Java, please click on the following link to begin the installation of FlowJo 7 via Web Start:

When the installer has downloaded FlowJo, you will be asked if you wish to trust the code signature for FlowJo and if you would like to install a shortcut on your Desktop and 'All Programs' menu. Please select yes to both of these questions. FlowJo will now start and you can use your 30-day trial, serial number, dongle or FLS license to run the program.
